This refund & cancellation policy covers all products/services provided by Utility Beats' sub-brand "Rapid Vocals". Rapid Vocals provides 3 different products/services which will all be specifically covered here.

This Product-as-a-Service is a digital product containing 50 vocal presets for the following Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs): Logic Pro, FL Studio, and Pro Tools.

This pack can be purchased either solely for one of the DAWs or, on special occasions, all three DAWs' versions of the vocal pack bundled together.

Purchasing any of the packs will start a $27/month subscription, to the Monthly Beat Pack, which will provide you with 10 new beat instrumentals for each month your subscription is active, as well as 10 audio masterings a month, for each month your subscription is active.

The subscription can always be canceled by the customer, by sending an email to hello@utilitybeats.com. Please send the email at least 2 days prior to your next charge, to insure not getting charged again.

No matter which version of the subscription you get (Logic Pro, FL Studio, Pro Tools, or the Complete Version), the price is always $27/month, and the following refund policy covers the purchase of any version:

After purchasing the subscription, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee, if the product cannot be installed on your DAW. You will only get granted a refund, if you cannot use the product on your DAW, after getting help from Utility Beats (AKA Rapid Vocals) - Or if Utility Beats (AKA Rapid Vocals) are taking more than 3 days to get back to you, after requesting help.

Important #1: This is the only way, you can get granted a refund. If you request a refund after the 30-day mark, you are NOT eligible for a refund.

Important #2: It is only the first $27 charge that is refundable. Any subscription charges after the first monthly cycle are NOT refundable.

This premium upsell service is presented to you right after buying the Premium Vocal Pack. Depending on your choice, you can choose the "Gold" plan for $57/month, after a 5-day trial, or instantly start the "Basic" plan for $17/month without a trial. You can also choose, to simply not add the Mixing and Mastering service to your order.

This is an additional optional subscription to the Premium Vocal Pack + Subscription and is therefore also a separate monthly charge from the $27 you'll get the Premium Vocal Pack + Subscription.

Like with the Premium Vocal Pack + Subscription the subscription can always be canceled by the customer, by sending an email to hello@utilitybeats.com.

Both the $57 and the $17 version of this service is NOT refundable. Therefore, it's recommended to choose the $57 version with the 5-day trial, to try out the service, before getting charged. Because again, any charges from this subscription are non-refundable.

Unlike Premium Vocal Pack + Subscription and Mixing and Mastering, this is NOT a subscription. It's a one-time payment of $17 and does therefore not have a cancellation policy.

This second upsell option to the Premium Vocal Pack + Subscription is NOT refundable.
